Is my medical information secure?

Yes. My FMC Portal has security measures within it that prevent unauthorized users from reading communications about your health. This information is accessible to read through the correct username and password to log in to your portal account.

Can I view My FMC Portal on my tablet or cell phone?
Absolutely. Download the free app called "HealtheLife" from the App store on your mobile device. You will be able to receive notifications about upcoming appointments through the app. You are still able to utilize a desktop to view your portal account.

How do I get help to log in to my account or cancel my account?

If you have difficulty logging in or would like to cancel your account, call the My FMC Portal Help Line at 1-877-621-8014.

When will I receive my test results?
Test results may take up to two weeks to process. Once your results are complete and finalized they will show up in your account.

When can I expect a response to a message I sent to my FHP doctor or nurse?
You can expect a response from your Fairfield Healthcare Professionals Provider or nurse within three business days. Please do not message your provider or nurse if it is an urgent situation. If you need immediate medical attention go to an Urgent Care, Emergency Room or dial 911.

How do I see my health information for services that occurred before April 1, 2018?
Prior to My FMC Portal, health information online was available through My FMC Link. Your information through My FMC Link will be accessible until April 1, 2019. Please be assured that Fairfield Medical Center would never delete or discard any of your medical history. Your medical history will continue to be available through our Medical Records department.
