The marketplace is still open for enrollment in Fairfield County and it is important for those who are uninsured.
The application for an affordable healthcare plan is available at healthcare.gov and open enrollment continues until March 31, 2014.
There are four marketplace plans being offered in Fairfield County and Fairfield Medical Center is only in-network with the following plans:
In-network means that your services are covered at FMC and you are only responsible for your co-pay and deductible.
The following plans are out-of-network, meaning your services are not covered at FMC and you are fully responsible for services with the exception of emergency services:
Please note that FMC is in-network with the Molina Medicaid Plan and Caresource Medicaid Plan.
