Our observation unit is designed for patients who require close monitoring for a period of less than 24 hours. Patients can either be discharged if their condition improves or they can be admitted for continued hospital care. The observation unit is located on the first floor near the Kroger Pharmacy, and primarily monitors patients who have a heart-related diagnosis.
