Psychiatric Health Services at FMC offers short-term treatment for mental and emotional disorders in a structured, home-like environment. Our staff works as a team to provide a comprehensive range of inpatient psychiatric services, including individual and group thera¬py, occupational therapy, medication therapy, family therapy and patient education. Participation in our program provides oppor¬tunities to learn new adaptive behaviors, express feelings, explore coping strategies and use problem-solving techniques. In order to obtain the maximum benefit from hospitalization, you are encour¬aged to actively participate in your individual treatment.
