Post-Offer, Pre-Employment Screens
Post-Offer Pre-Placement Screens are designed to assess the physical capacity of individual workers to safely complete material handling tasks, sustained posturing and mobility for essential job tasks of a specific job as specified by the employer or determined by a job analysis.
Physical capacities are tested using standardized methods that are specific to the job being evaluated. Post-offer pre-placement screens are only completed after a job has been offered to an employee in accordance with hiring and non-discrimination laws.
