Visiting Our Facility

Visitation
We want your family and friends to feel comfortable when they come to visit. For your safety, during labor, delivery and recovery, we welcome two support people to be with you. The maternity unit is a locked unit so family and friends will need to provide your name to gain access to the unit. Please have your visitors wash their hands before holding your baby. As an added precaution, please ask friends or family who have colds or are ill to wait and visit you and your baby once they are feeling better.

During your post-partum stay, all visitors are welcome from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. 

Parking
We offer free parking in any of our parking areas, including our convenient parking garage, located on the north side of the campus.

Meals
During your stay, new parents will be able to order from the patient menu and utilize our “room service” meal options. One complimentary meal ticket will be provided for your support person during your stay.

The Fairfield Cafe is open from:
6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. for breakfast
10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. for lunch
4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. for dinner.
Snacks and beverages are available 24 hours a day.

Prescriptions
We welcome you to use the Kroger Pharmacy that is conveniently located on the 1st floor by the North lobby to fill any prescriptions prior to discharge.

The Kroger Pharmacy hours are:
Monday - Friday
7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday
7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday
10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
