Xavier Clinical Nurse Leader Program at Fairfield Medical Center
FMC has partnered with Xavier University School of Nursing to provide continuing education for nursing students. Nurses participating in this new program will earn a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and be trained in the new, emerging health-care role of Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL®).

The Mount Carmel College of Nursing (MCCN) and Fairfield Medical Center (FMC) partnership, established in 2008, is a four-year baccalaureate program designed to prepare students for exciting careers in nursing. Based at the FMC campus, the program affords students in Lancaster, Ohio, and surrounding areas the opportunity to obtain a Mount Carmel nursing education close to home.
