River Valley Campus Updates

2/18/19 Update: Partners in Health & Fitness
Fairfield Medical Center and the Robert K. Fox Family YMCA are partnering to provide fitness services to the community in the new Fairfield Medical Center River Valley Campus. The YMCA will occupy and provide fitness services in a portion of the 95,000 sq. ft. campus. Its range of fitness services and features in the space will include, but are not limited to, exercise machines, dedicated rooms for fitness classes, a walking track and locker rooms. Members will be able to utilize both the River Valley Campus location and the Robert K. Fox Family YMCA in Lancaster.

1/22/18 Update: Fairfield Medical Center Reveals Name of New Campus
Fairfield Medical Center revealed the name of its new campus, a three-level, state-of-the-art community center of medical care
and wellness, on Jan. 20 at the Lancaster-Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce Trade Show. The name "River Valley" was selected
through a naming convention to serve as both a geographic indicator of the campus location and to create a distinction between
the new building and the River View Surgery Center. The campus is scheduled to open in early 2019.
11/2/16 Update: Fairfield Medical Center to Break Ground
On New Health & Wellness Center
Fairfield Medical Center will break ground on its new Health & Wellness Center, which will be built adjacent to River View Surgery Center in Lancaster. The center will offer emergency, diagnostic, rehabilitative, laboratory, X-ray and women’s imaging services, as well as a retail pharmacy.
The project is part of FMC’s overall strategic plan to bring its services closer to residents who live on the northern part of town and beyond.
