A registered dietitian can put you on the path to achieve a healthy weight, assist in disease management and empower you to make healthy food choices. Registered dietitians can teach you about meal planning, grocery shopping on a budget and reading labels. The registered dietitians at Fairfield Medical Center will work with you to set realistic goals to improve your health.

A physician referral is strongly recommended for nutrition counseling. Fees for referrals will be billed through Fairfield Medical Center and may be covered by your health insurance plan.
