Hospice Nurse visiting an elderly male patientWhat is Hospice Care?

Hospice care is designed to give supportive care, including spiritual and emotional, to people in the final phase of a terminal illness while focusing on comfort at the end of life. Curative treatment is not a part of hospice or comfort care.

Every minute counts. We are here to help you make the most of end-of-life care.

Our multi-disciplinary team will coordinate a plan of care for you or your loved one to improve comfort and quality of life. If you have questions, please contact FMC Palliative Hospice Care Coordinator at 740-687-8654.
