A customer of Zwickers recently commented, “I cannot tell you how much one of your employees has helped me and made a difference in my life. Debbie was wonderful. She listened to me, she didn’t judge me, she didn’t make fun of me, she became my advocate and I will always be grateful.”
For the year 2011, Zwicker has been the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Program (OSHIIP) top reporter. This signifies her hard work and dedication. She has also volunteered as an OSHIIP representative since 2005.
“Debbie is our local ‘go to gal’ for events all year,” said Sharon Scruggs, FMC Contracts and Collections manager. “Debbie has spent many long hours on weekends and evenings driving to community fairs, community meetings, making home visits, always with one goal: to help educate and assist clients to navigate the Medicare system.”
OSHIIP provides free health insurance information and services for people with Medicare. OSHIIP is funded by a federal grant and by the state of Ohio. People covered by Medicare can get help from OSHIIP in various ways.
