This award demonstrates excellence through innovation, improvement and visionary leadership. The Partnership for Excellence (TPE) is the State of Ohio’s Baldrige-based award program. TPE’s primary product is a comprehensive organizational assessment that helps organizational leaders better understand and prioritize key strengths and opportunities for improvement. While the assessment is the foundation, TPE’s main focus is on organizational learning, resource optimization and continuous improvement.
“This award could not be possible without all the hard work from our staff, physicians and volunteers. I was honored to accept this award on their behalf and look forward to using the feedback we have received to help us be even more successful in the near future,” said Regina King, Fairfield Medical Center Patient Experience Advocate.
The mission of TPE is to cultivate performance excellence and continuous improvement among business, education, government, healthcare and non-profit organizations based in Ohio. By providing a framework for performance excellence through the Baldridge Criteria, organizations have a greater focus on customers, process management, work systems and organization-wide results. These organizations typically see lower costs, improved productivity and rises in both employee and customer satisfaction.
This program offers organizations in all sectors the opportunity to receive varying levels of feedback reports and an evaluation of their achievement of success as compared to the Baldrige Criteria. For more information on TPE go to www.thepartnershipforexcellence.org/
