LANCASTER, Ohio (April 18, 2013) – Fairfield Medical Center is hosting Nutrition Health Education for members of the community on May 14 from 6 – 6:45 p.m. Corinn Gehle, wellness dietitian, will present on the importance of making healthy eating choices.
“Simple changes in your diet can have a considerable impact on your health,” Gehle said. “Learning how to make well-informed food choices enables you to feel better mentally and physically, which can lead to higher energy levels and increased productivity daily.”
Gehle noted there are many simple, cost-effective ways to make healthier nutrition choices without a lot of effort. Choosing foods that are packed with nutrients on a regular basis can be hard to incorporate with a busy schedule. Understanding how large of an impact one’s nutrition is to their overall health is extrememly important.
