LANCASTER, Ohio (May 10, 2013) –Fairfield Medical Center is proud to recognize and congratulate Becky Devoss as the 2013 Employee of the Year. The Employee of the Year ceremony took place in the Café on Friday, May 10 among fellow employees.
Devoss is from the Support Services division. She works in Learning & Development as a clinical education coordinator. She began her career at the Center in 1989 and is a resident of Lancaster. Comments from her peers include, “Becky has demonstrated her wonderful skills and talents by the development of the HOPE (Hands On Practical Experience) protocol. Her teachings of hands on compression for CPR has received much recognition and has now become nationally known. Becky is such a great asset to our team.”

Employee of the Year runners up include Jacob Freeman, Patient Services division, and Barbara Stivison, CEO/CFO/Medical Affairs division.
Freeman works in PCU as a clinical charge nurse. He began his career at the Center in 2011 and is a resident of Lancaster. Comments from his peers include, “Jake has a very unassuming manner. He is an excellent nurse and truly works to help our patients and their families. He is open to new ideas and partners with physicians, staff and other agencies to do what is best for patients and their family.”

Stivison works in Contracts and Collections as a financial representative. She began her career at the Center in 2000 and is a resident of Logan. Comments from her peers include, “We would like to recognize Barb and all of the tremendous work she has done for patients and families. She is always timely and quick to respond, very emphatic and a great solution finder. We are lucky to have a financial representative like Barb.”
