Each of these surgical procedures has proven to help patients lose weight and achieve freedom from the struggles that have been holding them back.
In 2021, Fairfield Medical Center’s Bariatric Services Program received national recognition from the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP), officially accrediting the service as a Center of Excellence.
This accomplishment reflects our program’s ability to hold up to rigorous review, meeting and exceeding national quality standards.
