I think it is important to listen to patients and treat them with dignity and respect, all the while knowing they have a heavy patient load. I am from out of state and was treated for congestive heart failure and admitted through the ER. I then had a follow-up visit two weeks later with nurse Grubb. I found her very friendly, interested in my situation as I have other things such as Parkinson's and AFib. I was very pleased with this office and would recommend to anyone.
