Excellent Emergency Care For Patients of All Ages

A recent partnership with Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH) has allowed for the expansion of expert pediatric care.

Nationwide Children’s pediatric hospitalists are familiar faces in the community. These skilled and experienced physicians work closely with FMC’s clinical staff to offer comprehensive, advanced care in a variety of hospital settings. From the Maternity Department to the Emergency Department, you can expect your child to receive the best pediatric care possible. Click here for more information.

Accredited Chest Pain Centers

STEMI Alerts Save Lives

ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) is a very serious type of heart attack during which one of the heart’s major arteries is blocked.

When a STEMI alert is called, our response team is ready to immediately transport the patient to the Cath Lab upon arrival to receive the life-saving care needed. Fairfield Medical Center’s commitment to national heart standards is why we’ve been named an Accredited Chest Pain Center by the Society of Chest Pain Centers.

Fairfield Medical Center Stroke Care

Bringing The Best Minds Bedside

Thanks to our advanced stroke telemedicine partnership with the The Ohio State University Medical Center’s Comprehensive Stroke Center, nationally recognized neurological experts can remotely evaluate you and make diagnoses and treatment recommendations to emergency medicine doctors right at the bedside, turning advanced care and consultation from hours into life-saving minutes.

In addition, Fairfield Medical Center is designated as a Primary Stroke Center by both The Joint Commision and the American Heart Association, which means we make exceptional efforts to foster better outcomes for stroke care and the services we provide have the critical elements to achieve long-term success.
