Caregiver questions and feedback

Adena Fairfield Medical Center caregivers are encouraged to submit questions and share feedback.

By including your name, department, and contact information, we can follow up with you within two business days, allowing you to receive a timely response rather than waiting until the next Adena Fairfield Town Hall.

As a reminder:
– Q&As from previous town halls can be found on the Adena Fairfield Intranet homepage, under Strategic Update.
– Caregivers who have questions or concerns regarding caregiver or leadership behaviors, workplace safety, harassment, potential policy violations, or other workplace matters are encouraged to report their concerns to their leader or next-level leader
Human Resources, and/or the Integrity and Compliance Department to ensure concerns are appropriately addressed.
