About Collin Gabriel, DO

Collin Gabriel, DO, is a primary care provider accepting new patients of all ages at Fairfield Healthcare Professionals Family Medicine of Millersport.

As a graduate of the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Gabriel completed his residency and training at Fairfield Medical Center. Now, he is excited to continue serving a patient population he feels called to serve.

“Being an Ohio native, I feel a commitment to provide care in Ohio,” Dr. Gabriel said. “I truly want to improve the overall health and wellbeing of my patients.”

When he’s not working, Dr. Gabriel enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports, with a special affinity for OSU and professional Ohio sports teams.
