Are you feeling lucky? The Employee Activities Committee is hosting a fun event during the month of March. Test Your Luck allows employees to submit weekly answers to trivia questions, crossword puzzles and riddles. Submit your weekly answers below and if you are right, you will be entered to win a $50 gift card. You can be entered to win a $200 Kroger gift card by completing all the weekly puzzles correctly or by paying close attention to each weekly Monday Morning for a hidden clue that will help you answer the grand prize question.
All entries must be submitted by Friday at noon of that week and five winners will be drawn at random to win a gift card. The following weekly gift cards are available to win:
- March 1-5 – A $50 gift card to JB’s Downtown Grill
- March 8-13 – A $50 gift card to Santinos
- March 15-19 – A $50 gift card to Cherry Street Pub
- March 22-25 – A $50 gift card to Pink Cricket
- March 29-April 2
- A $50 gift card to Ale House

How to collect your gift card: Winning names will be listed in the following weeks Monday Morning issue in the EAC section. Please stop by HR (Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) to pick up your gift card or reach out to hannah.chenetski@fmchealth.org, if you need to arrange different accommodations for pick up.
