Michelle Duncan Nominated for OHA Healthcare Worker of the Year

Duncan Nominated for OHA Healthcare Worker of the YearCongratulations to Michelle Duncan, LICDC, LSW, who has been nominated for the Ohio Hospital Association Healthcare Worker of the Year Award. Michelle is the program coordinator for Fairfield Medical Center’s Substance Abuse Stabilization Unit (SASU) and is the project coordinator for FMC's Project DAWN initiative, which is a community-based overdose education and Naloxone distribution program. Michelle has been truly instrumental in the success of the program and in educating the community about how Naloxone can save lives. All nominees are honored and celebrated during the OHA Recognition Dinner on June 5 as part of the OHA Annual Meeting in Columbus. The winner of the OHA Healthcare Worker of the Year Award will be announced that evening. Congratulations, Michelle, and good luck!
