As a long-time Logan resident, Stacey Sams, CNP, is proud to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to her community. Stacey enjoys building trusting relationships with her patients and strives to offer a personalized experience to each individual who walks through her doors.

When not with her patients, Stacey enjoys kayaking, hiking, camping and traveling with her dog Oakley.
