There's always a bargain at The Bargain Boutique!

women shopping and looking at clothingTWIG 2, also known as the Bargain Boutique TWIG, was founded in  November 1948. In November 1968, TWIG 2 began a project that is still in existence today, The Bargain Boutique, which is Lancaster’s oldest consignment store.

After being housed in several locations through the years, TWIG 2 moved the shop to its current location, 1724 E. Main St., in April 2011. They are Lancaster’s oldest consignment store. They sell quality clothing for men, women and children, as well as small household items. Items may be consigned or donated during business hours. Over the last 7 years, their monetary donations to FMC exceeded just over $50,000.00, which have been used to purchase equipment and services for Fairfield Medical Center through the Fairfield Medical Center Foundation.

The Bargain Boutique Hours of Operation:

Thursday – Saturday: 10:00a.m. – 2:00p.m.

1724 E. Main St. in Lancaster

Consignments:

Consignments are accepted from 10:00 a.m. – noon Thursday – Saturday. Consignments must be seasonable, clean and free of smoke odor. Small household items must be in working order with batteries included.

Consignors receive 2/3 of the selling price; the Bargain Boutique receives the other 1/3. Sales received from donations are direct profit for our project.

Consignors must be at least 18 years of age and are asked to sign and agree to the terms of a contract. Items are on the selling floor for 5 weeks. If the items are not sold at the end of 5 weeks and the consignor has not pulled them off the selling floor, the item becomes the property of The Bargain Boutique. At that point, The Bargain Boutique receives the total amount of the sale.

Donations are accepted anytime the shop is open and must meet the same criteria as consignments.
