FUNDRAISER: With the help of sponsors, the team designed custom game jerseys and T-shirts, and coordinated a raffle basket sale, to raise money for the Cancer Care Fund.
AMOUNT RAISED: $5,000 in 2018

“These young ladies did an exceptional community service, and were instrumental in the entire process,” said Coach Mindy Miller. 

Paddle for the Battle

DONOR: Lew Barbini & family
FUNDRAISER: Paddle for the Battle, a guided hike and canoe trip on the Hocking River. The fundraiser was inspired by Lew’s wife, Constance Barbini, who died from breast cancer in 2009.
AMOUNT RAISED: In 2018, the family donated $1,800 to the Cancer Care Fund.

“We are supporting those still fighting and honoring those we lost. We are trying to make a difference, one paddle stroke at a time,” said Sybil Barbini, Connie’s daughter-in-law.

Pink Label Fundraiser

DONOR: Joe Carson Motor Sales in Lancaster
FUNDRAISER: Joe Carson Motor Sales donated 10% of the MSRP of their sales of the Pink Label Collection to the FMC Foundation in 2018.
AMOUNT RAISED: Through the sales and a raffle, they raised $325 for the FMC Foundation Cancer Care Fund.

“FMC has made our community better, and any help we can offer to help the community is worth our time and effort,” said Michelle Storts, Events and Marketing Coordinator for Joe Carson.
