  • Acid reflux or heartburn
  • Cough, cold and flu
  • Coronavirus
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Minor burns or injuries
  • Minor eye irritations
  • Routine follow-up (diabetes, high cholesterol)
  • Seasonal allergies

  • Sore throat
  • Urinary tract infections

How It Works Understanding the Process

Requesting a telehealth visit is simple.

Once you request a Telehealth visit and submit your information, a healthcare provider at Fairfield Medical Center will call you to ask a few additional questions and confirm an appointment time that works best for you.

A  secure link will be texted directly to your phone a few minutes before your appointment time. We recommend being in an area with cell phone service.

Once you are connected to the link, a FHP provider will connect to the visit to care for you virtually.

Caring for You Wherever You Are

Whether it’s from your couch at home or your desk at work, you and your loved ones can receive care at the push of a button. By eliminating the need to come into the office for certain visits, you can save valuable time and resources.

Benefits of Telehealth

Reduces risk of exposure to illness

Because telemedicine allows you to connect with your healthcare team remotely, it can reduce the risk of exposure to a variety of infectious illnesses, including COVID-19, influenza and even the common cold.
