Fairfield Medical Center is pleased to announce that it has been named a 2020 TOP WORKPLACE by Columbus CEO magazine in the large companies category (companies with more than 350 employees). Through this award, Central Ohio companies in small, midsize and large categories are recognized for creating and maintaining environments where employees feel appreciated, engaged and energized to do their best work. This is the fourth time FMC has received the Top Workplace honor.
“This recognition is a great honor for FMC and a testament to the work we have done to transform our culture and make FMC a place where people want to work,” said John R. “Jack” Janoso, Jr., president and CEO of Fairfield Medical Center. “This recognition has now established our top workplace award as a tradition. This tradition clearly recognizes that no matter the challenge, COVID-19 included, our team’s innovative approach to caring for ourselves and others will carry FMC forward.”
The winning companies were selected through a nomination process that included a confidential employee survey. FMC employees took part in this survey in the fall of 2019. The data was then collected and analyzed by Energage in partnership with Columbus CEO magazine. The winners were measured on: leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation and benefits.
