We are proud to announce that Fairfield Medical Center has been named a 2019
TOP WORKPLACE by Columbus CEO magazine. FMC was ranked on the list of large
companies (more than 350 employees). This recognition is a great honor for FMC
and a testament to the work we have done to transform our culture and make FMC a
place where people want to work.
The winning companies were selected through a nomination process that included
a confidential employee survey. FMC employees took part in this survey in fall 2018.
The data was collected and analyzed by Energage in partnership with Columbus CEO
magazine. The winners measured employee engagement by looking at several areas
such as: organizational health, alignment, connection, effectiveness, leadership, and
career development. Fairfield Medical Center will receive its award at a banquet that
will be held on May 15. We will celebrate this accomplishment more formally in the
