Fairfield Medical Center has reopened its urgent care and outpatient laboratory services at 1155 E. Main St. following the successful completion of renovations and remediation efforts related to flood damage sustained in July 2025.

“We have been diligent in restoring, repurposing and reallocating resources throughout this project, but much of our diagnostic equipment required total replacement and even the infrastructure of the building needed significant work,” said John R. Jack Janoso, Jr., FMC President & CEO. “As a healthcare facility, we hold ourselves to the highest standard of safety. We’re grateful for the teams who worked tirelessly to satisfy that need.”

As of May 11, 2026:

  • Fairfield Medical Urgent Care has returned to 1155 E. Main St. Its temporary location at 131 N. Ewing St. has closed.
  • The Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) Clinic has returned to 1155 E. Main St. Its temporary location at 618 Pleasantville Rd. has closed.
  • All Occupational Health Clinics, including the Fairfield County Employee Health Clinic and Lancaster City Employee Health Clinic, have returned to 1155 E. Main St. Their temporary locations at 618 Pleasantville Rd. has closed.
  • Lab and imaging services are now available at 1159 E. Main St. These services will also remain available at FMC’s River Valley Campus to support convenient access for patients across the community.

FMC Main Street Lancaster Reopens

After an almost year-long remediation process from flood damage in 2025, the Main Street Lancaster offices have officially reopened. Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Diagnostic Health Services, PAT Clinic and Lancaster/Fairfield County Employee Clinics are now available at 1155/59 E. Main St., Lancaster.
