Hospital price transparency helps patients know the cost of a hospital item or service before receiving it. Starting January 1, 2021, each hospital operating in the United States will be required to provide clear, accessible pricing information online about the items and services provided.

Please know that these prices are not an exact, personalized cost amount. More accurate costs are based on the actual care provided to you.

The price lists below are listed in two different formats. The CSV file is machine-readable and can be downloaded to your computer.The rates may vary based on rate changes and/or changes in payor’s determination of item being medically necessary.

Through UnitedHealthcare, UMR and HealthSCOPE Benefits creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of Fairfield Medical Center.
